Complainant Satisfaction Survey

The Office is committed to continuous improvement of its services and conducts a biannual survey of its complainants which is used to measure the efficacy of services provided to the complainant, the timeliness of responses and identify areas of improvement.

We would like as many people to participate as possible and we ask people who have had contact with us to take part in the survey. The Office will use the collated feedback from the survey to improve our services.

We have engaged EY Sweeney to undertake the survey on behalf of the Office.

How you can help

Any feedback you can provide on your experience is important. When submitting your complaint, you would have chosen whether to opt out of the survey. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Your individual complaint and survey results are confidential and anonymous, but you do not have to participate - it is entirely voluntary.

The Process

EY Sweeney may contact you about participating in the survey.

If you have changed your mind, you can tell EY Sweeney you no longer want to participate. However, participating in the survey will help identify areas where our service was helpful or could be improved.

The survey results are collated and sent back to the Office. The results will not identify any individuals. The information provided by you is about the experience only and the collated feedback is used to identify actions to improve the quality of our service.
