Multicultural Access and Equity Plans

Our Office envisions equitable access to our services so all Australians, regardless of their cultural and linguistic background, are safeguarded in their dealings with Australian Government agencies and prescribed private sector organisations.

Reconciliation Action Plans

The Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan outlines the Office’s commitment to promoting equality between all staff, building an inclusive and respectful working environment and creating a service that is accessible and responsive to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members of the community.

Workplace Diversity Plans

The Office’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy 2018–2021 sets out our commitment to workplace diversity and inclusion in the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman. It details the actions we will implement and have in place to ensure that we value and respect the diversity of our employees, stakeholders and partners.
