APS Census Action Plan
Our APS Census Action Plan outlines what the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman hopes to achieve over the next 12 months.
This plan is put in place for the Office to consider the steps and resources required to achieve these outcomes and improve in areas such as communication, performance and wellbeing.
APS Employee Census
The APS Employee Census is an annual survey that the Australian Public Service Commission sends to all APS employees.
It collects information on important workforce issues like job satisfaction, employee engagement, performance management, leadership, and general impressions of the APS.

Multicultural Access and Equity Plans
Our Office envisions equitable access to our services so all Australians, regardless of their cultural and linguistic background, are safeguarded in their dealings with Australian Government agencies and prescribed private sector organisations.
