- Postal Industry - Quarterly Update Four: 1 April to 30 June 2020 - We received a 92.8 per cent increase in postal industry complaints during the 1 April to 30 June 2020 quarter compared to the same period last year. This was as a result of disruptions to the postal industry from the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Postal Industry - Quarterly Update Seven: 1 January to 31 March 2021 - This update discusses complaint statistics and compensation for lost and damaged parcels, including case studies.
- Postal Industry - Quarterly Update six: 1 October to 31 December 2020 - In the December 2020 quarter, the Office received 52.6 per cent more complaints compared to the same quarter last year. Complaints increased by 92.8 per cent in the June 2020 quarter compared to the June quarter last year. However complaints in the September and December quarter show complaints are decreasing overall.

- Postal Industry - Quarterly Update Five: 1 July to 30 September 2020 - We have continued to receive a large number of postal industry complaints with a 69.7 per cent increase during the 1 July to 30 September 2020 quarter compared to the same period last year. While this is less than the 92.8 per cent increase reported QU Four, complaint numbers have remained high as a result of continued COVID-19 disruptions to the postal industry and a sustained shift in consumer behaviour towards online shopping.
- Postal Industry- Quarterly Update Three: 1 January to 31 March 2020 - During 1 January–31 March 2020 we received 761 postal industry complaints, which represented an increase of 4.8 per cent compared to the same period last year. In the 1 October–31 December 2019 quarter we received 710 complaints
- Postal Industry - Quarterly Update Two: 1 October to 31 December 2019 - We received 710 complaints, which represented a small increase of 1.6 per cent compared to the same period last year.

- Postal Industry - Quarterly Update One: 1 July to 30 September 2019 - Quarterly Update One: 1 July to 30 September 2019. We received 624 complaints, which represented a 5.6 per cent decrease when compared to the same period last year.
