05 Apr 2011: Complaint by Paul Hogan, John Cornell and Anthony Stewart

The Commonwealth Ombudsman confirms that he has received a complaint from Robinson Legal on behalf of Paul Hogan, John Cornell and Anthony Stewart. An investigation is to be undertaken into aspects of the complaint.

The Commonwealth Ombudsman investigates complaints in private and as he sees fit. Following completion of the investigation, the Commonwealth Ombudsman will consult with agencies involved and can consider release of a public report of the findings.
