The Commonwealth Ombudsman is an active participant within the international community of ombudsmen. The Commonwealth Ombudsman’s office shares its experience in handling complaints about government agencies and fostering good public administration with various countries within the Asia - Pacific Region. These publications have been produced as part of that work.

Seven papers covering the situations for complaint handling against government agencies in the seven Pacific Island Forum countries that did not have an ombudsman in 2008.
