Our national office is located in Canberra and we have State and Territory offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. The Ombudsman and Deputy Ombudsman are based in Canberra along with five Senior Assistant Ombudsman, who manage the specialist complaint handling teams.
