Ombudsman’s recommendation: That decisions on the s 195A submission and s 417 request be expedited; that pending resolution of his immigration status, a RPBV or similar visa, for release from detention be considered (with reporting conditions). If matters concerning his identity and nationality remain unresolved, then grant of a Permanent Visa should be considered. | |
